THE CHALLENGE
The BANK needed an integrated solution with video surveillance to detect potential suspicious activity, so-called skimming, in the vicinity of ATM terminals.
Another requirement was to protect indoor and outdoor ATMs by automatically reporting any suspicious activity to the monitoring centre.

The client is a BANK that, with more than 31 million customers and a network of over 11,000 branches in 76 countries around the world, represents an important reference point in the financial markets.

Chloting Retail Chain
The END USER is a clothing chain with 24 shops in Italy and France, which planned to open 37 new shops by December 2016.
