Design and Master
The Technical Team provides for the study of the components that will compose the final product such as plastic or metal parts, rubber elements, keyboard touch, HMI Touch interface, with particular attention to aesthetic, ergonomic and functional aspects, with the aim of obtaining a reliable finished product, tested and validated in every aspect. The drafting of the technical file and the necessary product certifications is carried out by our qualified personnel.
The master is made using the most modern unravelling systems. The customer is also provided with a 3D of the board for a more precise evaluation of the overall dimensions.

Logistics
Techboard Group uses MODULA vertical automatic warehouses capable of storing electronic components in a conditioned environment and in compliance with IPC and ESD protection regulations. The automatic picking of components is connected to a company software platform that manages availability and purchasing in real time, allowing control and traceability of the batches of material handled.

PCBA

Since 2012, the Modena plant has had a printed circuit board assembly department with an automatic SMT line, optical inspection machines and everything necessary for the assembly of even high-tech PCBs.


One line is entirely dedicated to prototypes in order to guarantee deliveries in very few days. 

SMT

Our machine park boasts some of the most modern equipment capable of assembling with high speed and precision not only traditional components, but also components of the latest generation (01-005) such as POP, UBGA, DFN, LGA.

Vapor Phase Technology

The SMD assembly process ends with soldering using classic or Vapor Phase technology; the latter guarantees perfect joints in compliance with the components and thermal reflow curves laid down by the manufacturers, especially in the presence of major differences in thermal masses. This feature avoids excessive thermal stress and becomes indispensable in the soldering of aluminium boards used in new lighting technologies and in many special applications.

PTH Technology

PTH components are soldered with Sn/PB alloy or Pb Free alloy, with wave soldering or selective soldering.


All boards are subjected to AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) and, on request, X-RAY inspection.
