The BANK has been using the DigiEye multifunctional video surveillance systems since the early 90s.

THE CHALLENGE

The BANK needed a solution integrated with the videosurveillance system to detect potential suspicious activities (for example the so-called skimming) nearby its ATM terminals.

Another request was to secure outdoor ATM and indoor ATM rooms, signaling automatically to the central monitoring station any suspicious activity.

In a joint effort, SYAC-TB, the partner and the BANK designed a security solution that would provide the BANK with a centralized security system capable of monitoring all its branches simultaneously as well as manage, control and interact with the images and audio generated by the peripheral systems.

The end-user is a CLOTHING CHAIN with already 24 stores in Italy and France. It has forecasted to open 37 new locations within December 2016. The 24 existing stores had been protected since 2009 by analog cameras and level-entry stand-alone 4 inputs DVRs.
